Mental Health First Aid is a 2-day, 12 hour certificate course developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and covers Substance related disorders, Mood related disorders, Anxiety and Trauma related disorders, Psychotic episodes/disorders, Substance overdose, Panic attack, Acute stress reactions.
